INGREDIENTS
8 oz minced beef
1 onion
1 small carrot
1 egg
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
Worcestershire, tomato & bbq sauce
Minced garlic to taste
Method
- Heat oven 200 ˚C, 400˚F
- Put mince in a bowl.
- Finely dice onion and add.
- Crack the egg into bowl.
- Add breadcrumbs and garlic.
- A dash of all 3 sauces.
- Hand mix it all together
- Cover a shallow baking tray with foil
- Roll the mixture into balls
- Place in oven for 50 minutes
